Earth is the fourth installment of my Elemental Series.

This element was created using black, yellow and shades of green pigmented india inks.

I used a choppy - unsteady motion to try and create a "blocky", rough texture like that of rock.

The Element of Earth

Earth is one of the four sacred elements.

It is associated with the North, Winter, yellow and green on the physical plane.

Earth represents the strength, abundance, stability, and femininity.

Mountains, forests, caves, and all plants and trees, are manifestations of the element of earth.

Stag, boar, bull, sow, bear,snakes, and all burrowing animals are thought to personify the element of earth.
